Meet the Author: Erin L. Schneider

Erin Schneider CopelandErin L. Schneider was born and raised in Seattle and attended school in Hawaii. Today she is a young adult author represented by Lisa Grubka of Fletcher & Company. Erin is co-founder / co-captain of the YA Buccaneers and an active member of both the Pacific Northwest Writers Association and SCBWI.

Erin’s debut YA novel is WHERE THE WATER FALLS (Disney-Hyperion, Spring 2016) about seventeen-year-old Sloane McIntyre who discovers her boyfriend and best friend’s ultimate betrayal just before leaving to spend the summer in Hawaii. While nursing a broken heart, she meets a boy who is equally troubled, but just might be the key to learning how to forgive — and live.
